Asbestos Management Services

The Management Plan designed as an integrated Management tool within Survey Safe™ and / or Survey JEM data bases, to manage the asbestos liability. Survey Safe™ is able to supply a secure client login for both systems. The password will be emailed containing the code file with links to access your survey. However, dependant on the nature of your business, a copy of the Survey Safe™ database can be installed on your own company server under licence retaining original surveys or viewed through Survey JEM that saves all survey data within a secure data centre in the United Kingdom. This will allow the Duty holder to actively review and synchronise the data held in secure location. Maintenance staff can also have access view the asbestos reports. This option will depend on how the Duty holders want to deploy information, cascading asbestos awareness within the work place.

Continental Environmental Services has the support staff to either undertake the surveys or support companies using the Survey Safe™ database as part of their own brand under licence.

Managing the Asbestos Risk

The priority is the responsibility of the Duty holder, but can be delegated to the surveying company provided a prior assessment has been agreed to a generic narrative dependant on the survey type and number of buildings being surveyed. This may not always be possible and will require the duty holder or their management team to complete the asbestos priority assessment as part of the Management plan to be fully compliant. The objective is for the survey reporting process to become a tool for the client's management team. Enabling them to easily analyse, interpret and manage the asbestos risk.
